Privacy Policy

FARF Agency ("we," "us") provides Google review and local search marketing services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through farfagency.com, our audit tool at audit.app.farfagency.com, and our services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, and anything you type into our forms or audit tool.
- Business information: public information about your business, such as your Google Business Profile, reviews, and search rankings, which our audit tool looks up when you request an audit.
- Client customer data: if you become a client, the names, phone numbers, and email addresses of your customers that you provide so we can send review requests on your behalf.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To run your audit and send you the results
- To contact you about our services, if you asked us to or submitted your information
- To provide the services you sign up for, including sending review requests to your customers
- To bill you, provide support, and improve our services
- To measure and improve our advertising
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your audit, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our marketing software platform (including Merchynt), our payment processor, email and text messaging providers, scheduling tools, and hosting providers. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data about our clients' customers
When we send review requests for a client, we act on that client's behalf. The client is responsible for having the right to share their customers' contact information with us. We use that information only to provide services to that client and honor all opt-out requests.
Cookies and advertising
We and our advertising partners may use cookies and pixels to understand how people use our site and to show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook and Google account settings.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. Email hello@farfagency.com.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
